Note to self - when scheduled to leave at 4:30, do NOT...I repeat, DO NOT!! answer the phone at 4:25. It will not be the person you just talked to who just needs to tell you one last thing. It will not be a family member checking in for a couple minutes. It will not be a co-worker just trying to catch you before you leave. It WILL be, however, someone that you can't get off the phone, no matter how many times you say, "Ok, go ahead and email me the information you have...we'll work on it Monday." No no...they'll keep talking. And talking. AND talking. And then finally, they hang up, and you realize that it's almost 5:00, and, instead of almost being home, YOU HAVEN'T EVEN LEFT!
Phew. Nuf said.
